Membership Form

Knights of Columbus must be at least 18 years old and a practical (that is, practicing) Catholic man in union with the Holy See. Knights accept the teaching authority of the Catholic Church on matters of faith and morals, aspire to live in accordance with the precepts of the Catholic Church and are in good standing in the Catholic Church.
